Upon receipt of this form you will be contacted by the Camp Office.
Pricing information is determined by a variety of factors and will be provided to you prior to confirming your booking.
Every individual and participant will be required to fill out a waiver prior to participating in any program offer by Camp Centennial.
Please note that equipment rentals do not inherently include staff for teaching, leading, and/or guiding. If you are looking for additional services other than renting the equipment please be sure to let us know in the "additional details" section.
